M.O.S.A.I.C. stands for Movement of Social and Individual Consciousness
I am, you are, we are all M.O.S.A.I.C.
M.O.S.A.I.C. is living, learning, and loving within ourselves, our families, and our community.
M.O.S.A.I.C. came about from our desire to make our dreams become a reality. We took action and made conscious movements to be the change we wanted to see. We want to see more love, more unity, more connection, more community, more health, more healing, more laughing, more feeling, more joy, peace, more happiness, and more bliss, not only just for ourselves but for everyone. Travel provides the opportunity to pause and reflect on where we are in this life journey and allows us to steep in gratitude for the experience of discovery and exploration. As humans we are designed to explore the unknown, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. What is this life force energy that we share? What is it that moves our hearts and souls in one direction or another? M.O.S.A.I.C. Travel and Tours has utilized our connection to Jamaica and created a vehicle for you to get into and explore these questions within the enchanting backdrop of our beautiful island paradise. No matter where you are in life’s journey, we are confident there is a benefit to be gained from the M.O.S.A.I.C. experience in Jamaica. M.O.S.A.I.C. founders Tanika (left) and Theresa (right) M.O.S.A.I.C. is a multifaceted entity that allows us to be the change we wanted to see in the world and accomplish our dreams and desires of living healthy and happy, building community, and having fun. We have been inseparable friends since the first day we met in Rusea’s High school in Lucea, Hanover over 25 years ago. Like most teenagers, back then we had big dreams with no idea what was to come on our journeys ahead. We didn’t know how hard we would have to work and the obstacles that would come our way to test our strength and facilitate our growth. If we knew then what we know now is what we all say. Life has molded us and we cannot deny the magnificence of everything within “God’s timing”. Twenty-five years ago we were not ready. We had to live the lives we lived and mature into the women we are today to channel this form of M.O.S.A.I.C. into existence. We are filled with excitement at the opportunities opening up as a result of a shared vision of one love, friendship, and prosperity and look forward to sharing all of it with you

As a healthcare professional, I am thankful for the opportunity to integrate my passion for health, healing, and wellbeing into M.O.S.A.I.C. Travel & Tours. Rx retreats came about from my desire to create medicinal spaces that go beyond the power of a pill into the power of the will for healing. I know from experience trying to heal a dis-ease with a pill that is not able to get to the root cause of the disturbance is just a temporary fix to help manage symptoms while the real healing takes place. Our wellness retreats are geared towards immersion in nature, rest, relaxation with a healthy balance of adventure, fun, and turn-up vibes with the crew. The standard authentic Jamaican party and chill experience is there but with the intention of wellness and healing being present. My desire is for Rx Retreats to be not just restorative medicine but preventative medicine as well. Don’t wait until you are completely stressed out to take time out for yourself and your loved ones. MOSAIC Tours and Travels has allowed me to expand on my background in construction as well as community organizing. I have owned and operated a successful tiling and construction company for over 15 years and I have built myself from the ground up. Like many Jamaicans who migrate to the United States for the "American Dream”, I wasted no time getting to work and building for the future. My first real estate investment in Jamaica was when I was in my 20s and purchased a lot of land with dreams to build a house and live the life of the rich and famous. My 20-year-old self had no idea what my life’s journey would entail but what I can say is over 20 years later I have no regrets and everything that has brought me to this point has enriched me in ways that I will forever be grateful for. Everything I have been through has prepared me for this new direction in life in which I combine all my experiences into a conscious effort to embody MOSAIC. I am filled and my cup runneth over and I want to pour blessings everywhere I go. It took over 2 decades but the dream house from over 20 years ago will finally be a reality and will be up and running and ready for bookings beginning summer of 2023.
